    just the lifeforms on it. Try and imagine how the changes in the lives of all the flora and fauna will appear from space.

    Some things seem obvious. We will be able to observe the disappearance of the snow and ice that cover the poles and the mountains, maybe even observe the pole reversals.

    We will see changes in rain forests, red tides, accumulations of plastic in the Pacific, desertification, changes in the species of whose niches have interactive causalities with the migrations of herds, rising sea levels, fires, floods, mudslides, urban sprawl.

    What we might not see right off are the tipping points tipping, the methane releases and ocean acidification that commit us to a death spiral faster than we might like.
