    The blatant hypocrisy of the Republicans no longer surprises me. Still, the sad thing about Arizona's being shut out from receiving disaster relief funding from FEMA for the state's recent bout of wildfires that destroyed thousands of acres of land and killed firefighters who were battling the blaze is that once again, it's the little guy who's going to end up getting the shaft. Regular folks affected by the wildfires and the decimated wilderness won't get the necessary FEMA money needed to recover from this natural disaster, thanks to the playing of politics by the members of Congress.

    That being said, Arizona Republican Senators John McCain and Jeff Flake and Rep. Paul Gosar are now learning a hard lesson on how the concept of politicsal "payback" works. Karma's a bitch, gentlemen.
