    someone any less 'prescreened' for a particular point of view.

    I see this much like the Fed no matter who is appointed they will be so because they are willing to go with the status quo.

      We can count on that. Just like for the Fed or for any other important position, the person chosen will have been thoroughly vetted to make certain his or her views conform.
