with the moribundity of the Wisconsin Democratic Party.  Wisconsin Democrats have to look within and start acting in a coordinated fashion to take the state back, community by community.  Right now they seem exasperatingly passive and uncharismatic.  Where's the plan and where's the action?

Life is good. Injustice? Not so much.

    •  You should have heard OFA in 2010 (0+ / 0-)

They were reluctantly giving us access to their databases, but what they really wanted to talk about was Obama and his next campaign.  Even though Barrett was Obama's candidate.

The OFA staff are good people, but they have to follow dictates from above.

And Obama's people went after Barbara Lawton because they wanted the field clear for Barrett, according to John Nichols:

And Barrett, unfortunately, was not at all inspiring - while Lawton was.  She could give a real barnburner of a strong progressive speech.  Barrett was mildly pleasant, and boring, and "not the union candidate."  Wow.

They were a hindrance rather than a help.  And NO money, either from them or the Democratic Party.  Wasserman-Schultz came to Wisconsin because of the blowback, but it didn't help.

Many of us have a lot of residual bad feelings about the whole thing.

There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.
