    Also, folks here should know that Aldi's is one of the most notoriously anti-union companies around.  I worked for them for close to two decades.

    The next time I see some pundit claim that John Roberts is a moderate who wants to preserve the SCOTUS' legitimacy in the eyes of the public I am going to freaking scream.

      low cost food, they pay very low wages and have NO full time employees. I just asked at my local Aldi's why they had such high turnover, something that always makes me suspect low wages.

        only because most of the grocery industry in the area is unionized, and Aldi wants to keep the unions out.
        Even in Germany, where unions enjoy far greater status than in this country, they are vehemently anti-union.
