The RICO Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act allows for the indictment of organizations and individuals connected to certain crimes.

Among those crimes are Bribery, Fraud, Money Laundering, and Securities Fraud. All of which JP Morgan has been charged with in past few years. JP Morgan has been paying out huge fines (although the fines are a fraction of the criminal profits) while cutting deals with prosecutors to deny wrong doing.

Only two of these crimes are required for RICO to kick in. With all the crimes JP Morgan has been charged with of late, a good case can be made for a RICO charge.

With the latest charge, JP Morgan has proven to be a criminal enterprise. If corporations are people, it's time for indictments of the criminal enterprise as well as the enablers hiding behind "Plausible Deniability" Like Jamie Dimon.
