  •  Oh, and there is this too! (0+ / 0-)

The ACA is better.  It's not best, and it's not optimal at all, but it is better.

It's even expensive better.  In fact, the opposition worked as hard as they could to make it the least amount better at the highest cost they could.

They get it, but do we?  Grayson does now.

As the State exchanges fire up, some of them are going to knock it out of the park.  We want much better, but we can work with what we did get and I can tell you Oregon, Cali, Vermont and some others are taking what we got and they are making the best they can with it.

There are a bunch of tepid States who will implement their exchanges with OK results and we've got a bunch who are balking big.

Some time will pass, people in the tepid and balking States are gonna start looking around and talking to the people in the "make it as much better as we can" States and will realize there is a lot on the table, if people are willing to work for it.

Who can we thank for that?  Bernie Sanders, who did precisely what Grayson is doing on every bill he can:  Opening the door for better.

So those people living in States that are willing to play hardball with people's lives are going to get educated on the difference between better and best and of all the things in the ACA, I'm looking forward to that one, because it holds great potential to make the lesson of 2010 very clear and ideally will raise the cost of purity high enough to diminish it's problem impact on us.
