    I asked my physician friends what supplemental was easiest for them to work with and they suggested the AARP plan. I am very fortunate. I have a phenomenal primary care physician who has not taken a new Medicare patient in more than five years, but allows his long time patients to stay after they turn 65.

    My advice would be to find a new primary care physician before you turn 65.
