    A ban would only be legitimate on those arms not protected by the second amendment, which are those crew served firearms and up.

    And your semi-automatic ban, which you've proposed to do under the NFA and Hughes amendment, is not Constitutional.

      repeated requests by people here, you finally said that crew served weapsons could be registered or made available to the public under the Second Amendment interpretation you favor.

      My contention is that these weapons, and semi-automatic weapons, are battlefield weapons and exist in the public under the Second Amendment under a well-regulated militia only. There is no absolute right to own firearms, but especially battlefield weapons outside the context of the well-regulated militia. Join the National Guard or the Posse Comitatus if you want to shoot a bazooka or a howitzer. Pretty simple, and its what the Second Amendment says.
