    remember watching either a 60 Minutes piece or a documentary about Scotland Yard and its investigative forensic skills while Bush was in office.  It included that Bush, the U.S., only contributed a measly few million for research and development, whatever it's called, each year to the Scotland Yard.  

    Their forensic skills were very impressive.

    And as things happened over the years, I began thinking that Bush didn't want to contribute any money to that because he was using the money to build up spying over here but in quite a different way, not as impressive at all.

    This is all just from memory.
