    I attended years ago.  It was for a large corporation and it boiled down to "we must have change" and "once you've implemented a major change, you need to start working on the change after that one" and I realized they were working on permanent employment.  They weren't out to necessarily change for the better, and when something is perfected, to leave it alone.  No, they wanted change for change's sake, and who would be organizing and bring the change but the program management team who would have to lead various business sectors through that change.

    I know huge corporations have problems accomplishing meaningful change and change can be incremental, but what I heard made me believe they didn't believe in achieving success in any way other than making sure the company still believed it needed to keep employing them.
