    jurisdictions, (maybe all).

    This incident highlights how absurd SYG laws are when they rely on the feelings/fears of someone who may be woefully misinformed or confused about lawful use of lethal force.

    There is no protection under the 2A to create a menace with a gun.

    There is no protection under the law for brandishing a weapon in self defense, even if it's against someone who is not law enforcement.

    In many jurisdictions pointing a loaded gun at someone is aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

    It will be interesting to see whether Arizona charges this guy to the full extent of Arizona law, and what lesser charges he pleads down to.
