    Even if they have not, DU is one of the leaders in buying habitat to conserve it. This Audubon member is a strong supporter of Ducks Unlimited.

      spend more time and invest more money than just about anyone else, in stream rehabilitation and restoring wetlands and working with developers to protect water quality from storm run-off.
      They've been responsible for helping to restore natural salmon rivers out West that were blocked by old dams by helping to get dam removal bills introduced, and their members do the yeomans work of trash removal from stream banks, etc etc.
