    If the US were using chemical weapons against civilians in Afghanistan, i'm quite certain no one would be writing diaries saying that it's basically equivalent to other civilian deaths during wartime.  Chemical weapons are just different.

      just for clarification.

      One death from a chemical weapon attack equals how many from a bullet?

      ... from an RPG?

      ... from an artillery shell?

      ... from having your throat slit?

      ... from a bomb?

      Lamb chop, we can quibble what to call it, but I think we can both agree it's creepy.
