    Financial aid has some requirements that seem to make sense yet cause additional problems. Example: in grad school you have to take a full load equivalent to get a loan: two classes a semester, and you can only take classes on your program of study. But some semesters you can only get one course you need. Or you only have one course left. So that semester you have to come up with the money. Additionally, there are students who enroll in another degree program to defer paying back loans, accumulating even more debt.
