    where the aisles are all painted for one-way parking, along with most of the front-of-building spaces (which, IMO, should all be handicapped spaces). There's always someone who goes the wrong way (and has trouble getting in and out of the spaces as a result). Even more often, there's someone who doesn't believe any of the markings apply to them, and drives across the rows of spaces, usually not looking for traffic, sometimes within fifty feet of the cross-drive.

    How the heck do they get licenses?

      ...parking lots are private driveways, so you can even operate a motor vehicle in one if you're unlicensed.  (YMMV on federal land.)
