    on Medicare Part B physical therapy which she would be getting if she is at an "assisted living" facility. Providers can burn through that $2,000 quickly.

    If she was at a "nursing home" she would be getting Part A therapy which doesn't have a dollar maximum. I think it has a 100 day limit per benefit period.

      creative at getting around that limit, but you're right about a maximum in that neighborhood. The ways around it may not apply to a straightforward hip break, so it's good to note here.
