    all humans should be concerned...parents should be scared.

    I do feel overall awareness is is getting hard to ignore.

      If I didn't think this was true, I might just drink more beer instead of writing and doing workshops.  It's incremental; it's slow, but there's no mistaking it.

      That's especially why I see meaning in the pivot points of large capital projects like KXL or carbon export terminals.  If awareness is truly rising, and if it is possible to push  back some very bad decisions by even a few years, then they really might be stopped forever.

      And, for a few hundred to a few thousand people to achieve gigaton-level emission reductions by stopping a large project, that's a pretty great accomplishment.  It's even better than changing light bulbs!
