  •  Didn't have the traditional NBC/WSJ joint (0+ / 0-)

ABC/WaPo and CBS/NYT still had him in the high 40s (and narrowly in positive territory) in their last surveys, which unfortunately were over a month ago. We've entered a data drought and the result has been nothing but a flood of cheap and inaccurate polls that haven't adequately measured his job approval.

Pew's next survey (whenever that will come) will hopefully have a better sample than their last and thus will likely have a more-favorable outcome, and I hope the recent release doesn't cause us to have to go another 5-6 weeks without an NBC/WSJ joint survey. Quinnipiac will likely release their end-of-month survey in 7-10 days and they'll release another 44% or 45% topline that would translate to a job approval in the high 40's when accounting for their consistent bearishness.
