    You are mixing so many things together and coming up with the wrong conclusion.

    Yes, the NSA was likely aware of those communications. And they probably understood what the results were on the WMD investigations by the IAEA. But you are expecting the Bush Administration to come clean on those facts? Puh-leeze! That is the domain of politics.. A fact-free zone if there ever was one. Of course they would lie if it wasn't in their favor!

    Trampling of the Constitution? The UN isn't a domestic organization. This is the bread and butter of the NSA. Next thing you will be saying is that we don't have satellites spying over every country on the planet?
