    Unfortunatley, Stevens, Kennedy, Souter, Ginsburg, Breyer, and Scalia believe otherwise.

    They are the majority and concurrence in Gonzales v. Raich, a Supreme Court case in which the Court held that Congress has authority under the Interstate Commerce Clause to criminalize marijuana use in states where medicinal marijuana is legal.

    Bet you didn't wake up thinking you would side with Justice Thomas on something today, did you?

      They've been known to occasionally get it wrong. But I have to ask, have they actually read the document? It says "regulate". It doesn't say "prohibit".

      I don't expect the courts to do anything. The American people would have to do something, and before that they'd have to care. Maybe if we put enough of their friends and relatives in prison for marijuana use they'll eventually get to that point.
