    a person's psyche, or intent. As my comment indicates, I think the responsibility lies with the adult. I don't believe that 13 year olds should be tried "as an adult" for murder. That doesn't mean that 13 year olds don't commit murders or have murderous intent.

    You can't make this stuff up.

      You wrote "It's possible that a 13yr. old girl could be sexually predatory."   That is simply wrong. That is not built into anyone's psyche.  Show me one example of a 13 year old girl being the sexual predator over a an adult male, just one!  You won't find any because any 13 year old girl in a sexual situation is already the victim.  Get it?
