FOX will compare this 'true American patriots' violation of his rights with the African-American's plight and the civil rights movement, on the March Anniversary day. Oh the injustice!

    •  No prior restraint for speech... or gun fire (0+ / 0-)

Shooting people from overpasses is legal up to the point these yoyos pull the trigger, it appears.

Preventing them from taking aim is prior restraint on their sacred right to garnish their weapons in public.

Thank you SCOTUS for your wisdom and guideance in this matter.

I suspect you can come up pretty close to the edge and get away with it.

We're starting to see "legal" display of guns that are sinister and designed to intimidate.  Just because one of these people aren't currently pointing a gun at you doesn't mean they aren't implying they won't shoot you later.  Or want you to think they might.

I refer you to a number of incidents at town halls in the run up to the ACA vote.  What a number of jerks did at these may have been legal.  But it was also evil.

This is the worse part of US gun culture, and if you care about the RTBA, it needs to worry you as much as it worries me.  And it worries me a lot.

....about how much of a racist Martin Luther King was.

9-11 changed everything? Well, Katrina changed it back.
