      the local media in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill weren't big fans to begin with.  Not as sure about Charlotte, who is responsible for him.  Or at least his career in politics.

      But really, he's just a rubber stamp in a suit doing exactly as he's told and acting as the lightning rod for Thom Tillis, Phil Berger, Paul Stam and -- of course -- Art Pope.

      He is a vile, putrid, noxious stain on the state of North Carolina.  And an embarrassment to us all.

      I'll believe corporations are people when one comes home from Afghanistan in a body bag.

        Apparently today he's "sparring" with USA Today about Voting Rights--and he's even taking on Colin Powell--
