    like mesquite honey.  Very dark and earthy in flavor.  We find that often down here.  Lots of beekeepers around here put there bee hives under mesquite when they are not around fields.

      in large jars at a really good price.

      Since mesquite is not sprayed for any reason, you are getting a pure product- it is on the dark side and very flavorful.
