    ....that the 2nd Amendment is not an unlimited right, so when states restrict guns, that is not nullification of Federal law. You are either being deliberately obtuse or you don't what the hell you are talking about.

      that the 2nd amendment is a right (Heller case), so when cities ban possession of handguns (such as chicago) it violates the constitution. And so the city of chicago and the district of columbia nor the rest of the country is not allowed to ban possession of handguns - among other things mentioned in those rulings.

      If you are unable to see that, you are either honestly obtuse or you don't know what the hell you are talking about.

      Seriously, the mommy-may-I anti-gun folks grip onto the "We can make restrictions" all while forgetting that Heller and Macdonald were losses for their side.
