Since the worker consessions and executive bonuses back in the Reagan days?

I think that the '80s Left and Dems blew a big opportunity by going "Third Way" instead of solidifying support with labor. Among other things.

"Estudebakkeria" was one of the best cars I have ever owned, very good mpg with the little six and OD, dead reliable, very simple to maintain, very easy to get parts for, and cheap to fix the few times it needed it.
If I have to buy a car (rather than big truck) it might be a 60s Lark wagon with 6 and OD, I do watch Hemmings once in a while.

I buy and sell well trained riding mules and American Mammoth Jack Stock.
