      Because there's no support for it out here. Just delivering an electric car would be a challenge, because it often takes weeks and the batteries would run down in that time. Trust me, the last thing a a railroad or auto carrier wants is a dead car that they cant simply jump start on their train or trailer. Especially if it's blocking in a bunch of other cars! I'm 1800 miles from the Tesla plant, so just delivering a Tesla to me would cost several thousand dollars.
