    And searched for five hundred miles around. The ones without body or frame rust due to PA and NY road salts are few and far between, and the best ones with low miles and garage-kept are even fewer and command higher prices.

    I finally settled on a '95 2wd Nissan just down the road from me, that was bought in Florida and kept in a garage since then. I'm getting it for over $1000 less than KBB price, so even if I have to put tougher tires on it, it's a really good deal.

    It'll hold me until I can trade it for an extra-cab with moonroof. ;-)

    I will never, ever be able to afford a brand new vehicle. They cost as much as several acres of land!
