    if he threatened. So that is my concern, but I guess not yours.

    So if the only question/concern you have in your comment is - did he threaten, then the answer is no.

    However, since he is claiming all this power to do so, power that Jimmy Carter said is illegal, we will have to wait and see. Hopefully he will abide by the vote if it is no.

      that he was threatening - her specific words. I am not concerned that he is threatening to bomb without approval since he is clearly not. Which was my point.

      Nor am I concerned that he will do so without approval since he would not have asked congress if that had been his intention, especially on light of what he said yesterday about why he was asking Congress.

      Yes, he did say he thought he had the right to do so without approval but if he were going to go that route, he would not likely ask Congressional approval.
