    because of the suicide the State would have had to have known that he was contemplating suicide or that the mental health services failed to provide him the counseling if requested.  I imagine it was a quiet and uneventful death and not entirely expected or unexpected.  Plus who is going to bring a claim on the estate's behalf without getting besmirched by the man's reputation.

      in our prison systems.  From the diary:

      The kind of abuse they face is not unlike the abuse they give out, rape, beatings, isolation, more rape, and more beatings for an extended period of time.

        they are crimes with additional penalties inmates must face if convicted inside the prison.  

        A rule book I read showed 720 in segregation for murder.

        I see what you are saying but when you go to prison you are around bad people.
