In case you haven't figured this out, this is Daily Kos, not a local, state or national Democratic Party operated blogosphere.  People rant on here ALL the time, whether you disagree with our arguments/rants or not.

And it is not me who needs to grow up, it is you.  You say we should better strategize well why don't you do yourself a favor and put your money where your mouth is by actually getting involved in the San Diego County Democratic Party or any other nearby party in the CA-49 district?  You live in CA-49 yourself so why waste time posting pointless replies that provide absolutely nothing to the discourse or discussion.  You could be registering voters which the SD County Democratic Party does every single month.  Wouldn't that be a better use of your time?

And further more, I started covering Democratic challenger Jerry Tetalman's campaign in 2012 from September 2012 - November 2012.  I covered every single news story, phone bank event and press conference Tetalman had and even directed voters in CA-49 to the phone banks when they could have just simply called the Tetalman campaign phone line.  I did this because I wanted to help and because no other person on Kos was covering the race.  In addition, my coverage helped a great deal in giving fundraising to the Tetalman campaign.  I even got over 80 Tweets on a fundraising bomb story I made over Tetalman's campaign looking to set a fundraising deadline.

Meanwhile, I'm reaching out to all those in CA-49 and San Diego County who have contacted me in Sept - Nov 2012 via Twitter and Kos, as well as Facebook.  There is a bit of strategizing going on here.

And FYI, I what party you're in has no bearing on any discussion I have with people on here.  Just want to point that out.

I'm sorry you can't answer other than by personal denigration.  We all fight the fight in our own spheres and ways.  You don't know Bill Hedrick because he ran in 2010 against Ken Calvert, the almost as gooberly guy who used to represent this slice of OC, and we did pretty well.  I'm glad you stayed on Issa's case all last campaign, and that you're continuing to do so.  I just feel that this post, about the field office opening was unnecessary and probably counterproductive except as a good spleen venting.  That's what closed bathrooms are for.  Let's keep to substance here, OK?
