    if you cheat. Try using flour tortillas to enclose the filling, burrito-style.

    Make the filling one day and form and fry the samosas a day or two later. This way, you won't think it's much work at all. Some of the tortillas will try to unroll, so keep a skewer handy to poke a hole in any air pockets that try to form.

    I make a couple dozen at a time and share some with neighbors, freeze some, and eat some.
