    But it might make it less likely that Assad will order the next chemical attack. And it also might make it less likely that other dictators will order chemical attacks on civilians.

      "Might not" being the flip side.

      And bombing will definitely, for sure, do a few other things as well:

       1) Involve another country - ours - into an internal civil war without provocation against us.

       2) Involve further deaths from additional weapons - heavy weapons, missiles - being fired into populated areas.

       3) Put Syrian blood on American hands.

       4) Not end the fighting.

      When all the choices are bad ones, the best choice is the one that does not involve the USA killing people.
