    Years ago he was a property manager for a large complex in San Diego so he has some experience in this area.  There are huge complexes being built as well as lots of cheap new homes that I think will be bought by speculators to rent so I think the market base is growing.  There are lots of unemployed people with skills here.  I will pass this along to SIL. I'd be willing to invest in this type of start up.

      ..is that no one has to hire him. It requires only about 25 clients. And so long as he busts his butt, he will do well.
