    and known defections, I think it is reasonable to demand evidence that the Assad regime issued the order

      such has Der Spiegel, which has shown that the Asaad regime has used chemical weapons. There are video images of people who were gassed. The diarist here contends that it's Asaad's military that did the gassing, which is the same as Asaad's regime.

      Asaad, who hadn't even confessed to having chemical weapons, is now willing to turn over his chemical weapons to the international community, a tacit admission of guilt.

      And in light of all of that, you are contending that there is no evidence that Asaad attacked his people with chemical weapons.

      This is quite interesting.
