    You are welcome to believe that Putin has not gotten the upper hand on Obama, but the narrative is now warmonger Obama backed down by peace keeper Putin.

      both sides made concessions, this is usually the way it works, which side made the bigger concession is in the eye of the beholder and what's in the interests of each.

      As for the Putin Obama Syria issue, the narrative is not even close to being fully formed, and the narrative you list here is your narrative, your opinion. Many don't agree.
