I ran across a while ago is Alex Jones is Bill Hicks

IMHO Alex Jones schtick so resembles Bill Hicks, with different subtle political clothes, that diversion bomb is the two words I use to describe the Jones insertion-  IOW if anyone mentions the late Hicks, it is Jones in probability, they will see first; if not exclusively-

HIcks  was intellectually funny, a razor at revealing the mounds of hypocritical present day realities foisted upon all in the USA; late eighties early nineties,  Jones schtick  borders on angre laden unconscious lunacy, which tends to wind up in early death for those possessed with a similar, stuck in past laden, non-forgiving, emotional bent...  (breitbart; rip-)

When a present day media insideoutside political figure or opinion maker actually incites actionable change, I will listen; till then the media journos and politicos in this country are SHUT OFF till Further Notice autobots designed to instill and ingrain emotional divisions to such an extent that eventually the pressure cooker will fail to hold, and the 1% who built it, will have to deal with the very real societal fallout, when the metaphorical walls burst-

Yesterday's Colorado recall vote will be blamed on Apathy, not laid squarely on those who tamp populist change right after it was sung to the rafters, even though that plan can lead to some very nasty people wielding power; nothing like the clown show in charge to motivate and wake up throngs of people who actually are much more like Hicks than Jones, and when they mingle in communities and groups, they tend to form like social minds; ergo the 1 % urine down leg fallout, seen recently in future fear laden action squashing Occupy, wherever it tried to grow-

      Knowledge is Power-

Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration—that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we're the imagination of ourselves. And now, here's Tom with the weather.
For a cleaner view, prolly listen to Tolle, but after understanding where true power lies, these prose become all the more prescient
