and by extension, others, know of bad behavior.

so i ask again: is the US acting criminally? by what i see and read, i'd have to say YES. and I say so.

i then extend it to police: do not only police, but others working in precincts know that abuse is happening? is it possible when those stopped for traffic violations are being hit in the face or dragged? or felt up by a cop who doesn't change the glove for both anal and vaginal checks? google it...

i think lots of people know. and they remain silent. like Colin Powell remains silent but lets his surrogate Wilkerson speak for him.

people know. most of them ,whatever the circumstances, don't speak up.

It's an impossible question. Let's say you mean the US federal government, excluding state and local governments. That government is comprised of millions of people, some of whom are bound to be acting criminally while also acting in their official capacities. That's a given. This is going to be true of any group of people even a tenth as large. But it does not follow that everyone else in that federal government is aware of whom is behaving criminally, and how, and where -- and fewer still will have evidence to prove it.

Likewise, between state, federal and local governments, there are millions of law enforcement officers. Same dilemma applies.

It's impossible to make assumptions about these things and apply them to everyone. Well, it's possible, but you're guaranteed to be wrong.
