    What's the danger exactly?  If they operate in the US they're subject to the same standards regardless of who owns them. (Those standards are obviously insufficient but that's the care regardless.) Will they sell their production back to China?  That's fine--we don't control food exports of US-owned companies, do we?  US companies own much more of other countries' vital industries than the other way around, so it is more than a little silly to get upset when the tables are turned on us.
