    Suddenly, it is in the 70's during the day and overcast. It is now officially "wait a minute" weather - whatever the weather is, wait a minute and it will change.

      past 80 today. Thank you Ceiling Cat! Too damn hot. KCRA predicting 95/96 again. sigh.

      if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.
