    Coverage, aren't they then eligible for the exchanges, and the subsidies?  Or don't they have a contract that spells out their Heath insurance benefits?  And wouldn't the employer who drops coverage be in breach of contract?

      Not so in non-union employment, of course.

      One wrinkle -- and I may not understand this correctly -- but I thought the Unions themselves actually run the non-profit insurance benefits offered to their members.
