I wonder what criteria were used to weed out some and make others Federally Qualified Health Centers.  My red, red county's Health Alliance is federally qualified. It has 4 locations and a mobile van to service the homeless. I don't know which others were eliminated by not being federally qualified and why.

Florida has 48 health centers with 410 sites that served 1,136,458 patients last year, 43.65 percent of them uninsured. With their Outreach and Enrollment funding, the health centers listed below expect to hire 163 new workers, who will assist 158,160 people with enrollment into affordable health insurance coverage.

These are the federally qualified centers in Florideath.
