    inadmissible in a court proceeding, ruling or opinion, and if so on what legal basis was this judge able to render this opinion? I'm pleased that he did so, but was it a lawfully rendered opinion given that it not only refers to but relies upon Snowden's illegally obtained disclosures? Could it be dismissed as such by an Article III court? Or are we entering uncharted legal territory since he's a FISC judge, not an Article III judge, in this context?
