    "12 cups" but really it's about 4 and a half of my coffee mugs at most. I drink it either all morning or all afternoon if I couldn't get up in the morning (usually due to insomnia the night before). Caffeine doesn't affect me much; it's transplant meds that cause the insomnia, not caffeine, because I was drinking about that much coffee at that strength before I had the transplant and for many years before that, and the insomnia has only been really bad since I got Bimaaji.

      rhythms for you or does that at least stay stable?  

      i'm also curious to know if the trees-flowers anti-insomnia list helped you at all.  it seemed like most of the kogs who tried it found it quickly helpful but it was a slow process for me and it doesn't help some people at all, of course.  and some aspects of insomnia (like sheer powerful aversion to even get in bed, which i'm wrestling with right now, as so often) it doesn't help at all, of course.

      i couldn't function at all without coffee. ~sigh~ it gets more expensive all the time. like everything else.
