    Had he been tried for those crimes, he would not have been allowed to join the Navy or buy the shotgun.  But while he was arrested for shooting out tires, he was never charged because the police lost the paperwork.  In Texas, he was not arrested because the police could not find him on a follow up visit, he would not answer the door.

    Your ideas are already laws, they just are not enforced.

      Haw Haw Haw - that was close.

      My laws would make that as serious as the tires. Actually it probably should be more serious because the shooter admits there was no aim involved and the bullet could have gone anywhere.

      There were many missed opportunities, and lack of serious gun handling code.
