  •  I agree that other media s/b included (0+ / 0-)

    but I'm not concerned about this law.  Expansion mostly applies to Letters To The Editor as we pretty much know, or suspect, that anyone on tv or radio is being paid.  The only question is by whom but, even then, I think it's up to us to determine the quality of their opinion.  Just because they're paid doesn't mean they may not be making a valid point.
