    had lost down to 168 the day of my hand surgery... the inactivity, depression, lack of exercise due to sani's laminitis put me back up to a scary 187.6.

    i'm now back at 180.2 at the lowest this week and working to crash into the 70s - then on to my goal of 145 (my best weight for fitness).

    wouldn't ya know the battery on my scale died this week - right at that mark!  here's hoping today i'll be under when i go for phys therapy - gonna find a scale and try it (of course, i'll have clothes weight since i can't just run into their open area a and strip - but i'm tempted if it gets me under 180!
