  •  Think how many jobs at say $12-15 per Hour (5+ / 0-)

(at least) for 8 Hours a day 5 Day a week would be created for chopping and clearing Kudzu for all the things it can be used for including just drying and pelleting it to burn in Coal Plants and Home Pellet Stoves for Residential Heating, plus those jobs would be outdoors above ground in much cleaner air than underground in a Coal Mine and it would save Mountain Tops to boot.

    •  I just did a little calculator math and at (1+ / 0-)

$15 per hour 40 Hr for 52 weeks 30,000 people make just under $1 Billion a year so lets just say even at age 58(I wouldn't last as long as when I was 28) I would cut Kudzu at that pay before going into a Coal Mine at $30+ per Hr cause well I like working outdoors except for when it's Lighting and that's cause I got hit by it when I was a young teenager and well then there is Snakes,Stinging Insects,Heat,Cold and Poison Ivy/Oak but still I like working outside even at night put up a lot of hay by truck-light and moonlight instead of indoors like Factories/Stores/Mines.
