    People have a hard time grasping something that is so different from their previous experience.
    It isn't that much different at all. It's health insurance. You may be allowed to comparison shop, and you'll find your choices (if there are any) at a website.
    Yes, if the person is computer/internet illiterate, that last bit may be problematic, to be sure. But it's not that different a thing than you'd get from any late night infomercial.

      who do not have experience with health insurance which makes them prime candidates for being gullible enough to believe the lies.  

      Many of the wingers who are up in arms are on Medicare, so even though they will have minimal impact from the law, they are a gullible group riled up by Fox and other right wing sites to spread and amplify the propaganda.

      People who have had insurance and lost it or who are well educated are not the population that will be hard to reach nor are they as likely to believe the propaganda (unless they are part of the GOP base of course).  That group will seek out facts about the law and take the steps necessary to protect their health.
